Eye Through The Snow

Here's my another attempt of eye manipulation. Basically, I just added a texture and colored the eye. I was inspired w/ the white mascara and all I could think of was a "snow." So there. I think the eye color of my choice stands out prettily on this picture. I hope it looks nice somehow.

What can you say? Please let me know your feedback.
And any tips will be greatly appreciated, too.
