Magic Eye

Presenting, my first eye manipulation!
Oh, I was so excited I've finished this one after a lot of trials & errors. Whew!
For the past months, I became interested with these eye manipulations but I never thought I would even try it one day. I started to browse tutorials and stock photos related to it. And I find my biggest inspiration from =ftourini's eye works.

Though here are some tutorials where I learned and got some idea:

On these tutorials, I learned more about burning & dodging and adjusting its exposures, the use of heal tool, desaturating the iris, applying eyeliner & eyeshadow with gaussian blur effect, and using multiple layers with different layer modes for textures.
And from this tut I got the idea about the pupil.


I had no particular theme on my mind, because when I was working on it, all I wanted was to enjoy and experiment something to this eye stock photo. I'm not really good with colors & color combinations, and most of all, working with the shades affected by the "source of light."

So there! I know this piece isn't perfect to consider because there are so many things I don't get, still confused, but hopefully, I could improve more.
